Request a deck builder
Tell us your town and what you have in mind. A local deck builder will call you back to talk it over and set up a time to look at the house.
Before you call
It helps to have:
- Your town or address, so the request reaches a builder who works there
- Whether it's a new deck, a repair, a replacement or a screened porch
- Roughly how big, and how high off the ground the deck sits or will sit
- Wood or composite, if you already lean one way
- A couple of photos of the house or the current deck, if you have them
Railing loose or a board cracked through? Block off that part of the deck and keep kids, guests and pets away from it until it's been looked at. Don't lean on a guard that moves.
